NO NIGHTS REQUIRED

One of the best parts of this position: our restaurants close early, so there are no late nights or dinner shifts. If you love the restaurant business but are tired of getting home at midnight, this could be a great fit. Garage Parking is also provided. We're looking for a hands-on leader who knows how to run a great shift, build a strong team, maintain high standards, control costs, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is not a sit-in-the-office management position. We want someone who is comfortable being on the floor, working alongside the team, solving problems, coaching employees, and keeping the restaurant running smoothly. Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations Lead, train, coach, and motivate employees Maintain fast, friendly, and efficient customer service Ensure excellent food quality, cleanliness, and organization Manage employee scheduling and staffing levels Monitor labor costs and food costs Control waste and maintain proper inventory levels Manage ordering, receiving, and inventory Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Address customer concerns professionally and quickly Recruit, onboard, and develop employees Hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive work environment Work directly with ownership and senior management to improve restaurant performance What We're Looking For Previous restaurant management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing a busy, high-volume operation Hands-on management style Understanding of labor management, food cost, inventory, and restaurant operations Organized and dependable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable coaching employees and holding people accountable Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods Someone who takes pride in the restaurant and treats the business as if it were their own ServSafe manager certification (Preferred) Weekend and holiday availability is required Why Work at BO's Bagels?
