Full-Time | Early Morning & Day Shifts About the Role Bowerman's Farm + Market is seeking a Kitchen and Bakery Manager who has a desire to lead our team of bakers and pizza makers. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for an experienced kitchen manager with knowledge of bakery production and catering. You'll oversee production of our signature blueberry donuts, pies, quiches, muffins, pizza, subs, and more — all made from scratch with fresh, local ingredients. Key Responsibilities Lead bakery operations from prep to final product across all baked goods and savory offerings Supervise, schedule, and train the bakery & pizza team Oversee daily inventory and ordering; reduce waste and shortages Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with front-of-house and catering managers to streamline operations Innovate with seasonal offerings and customer favorites Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment Monitor labor, ingredient use, and profitability
Who We're Looking For Experienced Baker :
Culinary school trained with experience baking in a commercial or high-volume setting
Strong Leader :
1+ years of team management, with strong communication and conflict management skills
Operationally Savvy :
Comfortable with inventory, scheduling, and food costing

Calm under pressure with great time management skills
