The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in the food industry, including experience in fine dining or quick service fast food restaurants. This role requires a commitment to excellence in customer service, staff training and development, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of the establishment, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the workplace. Coordinate banquet services and special events to ensure seamless execution. Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and reporting. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in the food industry, preferably in fine dining or quick service fast food environments. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and training. Familiarity with culinary practices and bar operations is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of banquet operations is a plus.
