Assistant Kitchen Manager We are a growing restaurant/brewpub specializing in unique fresh cuisine. We are seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager for our Ypsilanti location. The position will help oversee all back of house operations including: Co-operational oversight of the kitchen team, including ordering, training and maintaining kitchen facilities. Ensure a high level of food quality and consistency at all times. Responsible for monitoring inventories and reducing food waste. Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of all Ann Arbor kitchen operations. Effectively coordinate and communicate with management team, purveyors and guests. Passion and knowledge of food, beverage and service. Strong leadership skills and able to lead by example.

Position Requirements:

Ability to effectively communicate and deliver instructions clearly and concisely to staff. Ability to hire, train and hold staff accountable for high level of performance. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and have valid drivers license.

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
