Arbor Brewing Company has been a pioneer in the craft beer industry since 1995. Our Production Brewery in Ypsilanti along with our taproom has been serving award winning beer since 2006. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the taproom team along with food and beverage.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and control costs by monitoring food and beverage supplies.
• Train and mentor staff on proper food handling, culinary techniques, and customer service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu items and specials.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to track sales, analyze data, and make informed business decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, culinary techniques, and food production processes.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
• Proficient in inventory control and cost management.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors.

$55,000.00
