Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the taproom kitchen and team.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve targets and increase profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and control costs by monitoring food and supplies.
- Train and mentor staff on proper food handling, culinary techniques, and customer service.
- Collaborate with the front of house taproom team to create innovative menu items and specials.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to track sales, analyze data, and make informed business decisions.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and teamwork
- Strong knowledge of food handling, culinary techniques, and food production processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficient in inventory control and cost management.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay:
$60,000.00- $70,000.
