Shiki brings dumplings, ramen, and Japanese-inspired flavors to the space. Mirabelle is a coastal-inspired supper club serving popovers, shrimp cocktail, fresh fish, pasta, steak, and nightly comfort specials. Parlour Bar Excelsior rounds out the location as a casual craft cocktail bar. Together, Mirabelle, Shiki, and Parlour Bar create a vibrant, all-in-one destination for guests, and a dynamic, fast-paced environment for our team. Jester Concepts is looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead this location. What You'll Do Deliver unwavering hospitality on the floor, present, connected, and attentive to every guest Set the tone for a team that treats hospitality as a shared responsibility, not just a job duty Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a strong FOH and BOH team, coaching hospitality as much as skill Manage labor, cost of goods, and budgets with a steady, thoughtful hand Build schedules that keep the team supported and the guest experience consistent Champion the guest experience end to end, anticipating needs, resolving concerns with care, and responding to feedback personally Foster a culture where the team feels the same hospitality they're asked to extend to guests, respected, coached, and set up to succeed What You Bring Bar management experience required Serving and bartending background required 2+ years of restaurant management experience required A genuine, contagious passion for hospitality and guest service A steady, confident decision-making style and strong financial know-how (P&L, labor, COGS, budgeting) A leadership style rooted in accountability, humility, and follow-through A track record of building teams that guests and each other love working with
