Join ComForCare Home Health Care as a Personal Care Aide in Excelsior, MN, where you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to those in need, and we invite you to be a part of our caring team.Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, emptying catheters and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Help with meal preparation and planning according to dietary needs. Monitor and record clients' health and report any changes to healthcare professionals. Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments and activities. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Follow care plans and ensure client confidentiality and dignity. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving preferred. Prior experience in personal care or home health care is a plus. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes. Must pass background checks and drug screenings. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.About Us:
