Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and ensure the smooth operation of our food service establishment. In this vital role, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, manage staff, uphold food safety standards, and deliver exceptional dining experiences. Your leadership will drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction, creating a vibrant environment where culinary excellence thrives. Duties Supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, specials, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Oversee all station production to ensure top productivity is being achieved. Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster a skilled, motivated team committed to excellence in food service Implement food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and conduct regular staff training on proper handling and sanitation procedures Coordinate shift management, ensuring proper staffing levels and smooth transitions between shifts Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques Demonstrated supervisory experience managing hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash management Extensive knowledge of inventory control, food safety management, and food handling procedures Experience in managing budgets, conducting staff training & development, and performing performance evaluations Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, communicate effectively, and handle challenging situations professionally Background in catering or banquet operations is a plus; experience with food production for large events is advantageous Join us as a Kitchen Manager where your culinary expertise combined with dynamic leadership will elevate our restaurant's success. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
