Job Description
Radermacher's Fresh Market is looking for an experienced, motivated Deli Manager to lead our deli team and deliver the fresh food and friendly service our customers expect. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys developing a great team, maintaining high standards, and creating an exceptional customer experience, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Oversee daily deli operations and ensure exceptional customer service Lead, train, schedule, and motivate deli team members Maintain high standards for product quality, freshness, and presentation Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently met Manage inventory, ordering, and product levels Minimize waste while maintaining product availability Help drive sales and achieve department goals Create a positive, productive environment for employees and customers What We're Looking For Previous deli, grocery, restaurant, or food-service management experience Strong leadership and team-development skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities A passion for fresh food and serving the community What We Offer $18-$21 per hour Full-time position Health benefits 401(k) with match Join Radermacher's Fresh Market Lead our deli team.
