While our dining concepts span a wide-range of cuisine, our foundation is rooted in delicious chef-crafted menus, great service and a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. We value teamwork, professionalism and a positive attitude. We are looking to add a new member to our team! We are currently accepting applications for a Front of House Manager to bring their talents to Lucky's 13 Pub in Mendota, MN. We're seeking applicants with leadership experience, a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional service. The FOH Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant including the selection, development, and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The FOH Manager reports to the General Manager and ECC upper management team. Primary responsibilities include but not limited to: Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs. Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies and federal/state/local laws. Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food and drink preparation and service. Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards. Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking all appropriate actions to find resolution for dissatisfied guests. Ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, guests and company assets. Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. Complete accident reports promptly if a guest or employee is injured. Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness. Provide direction and support to employees regarding operational and procedural issues. Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
