We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to add to our team. Learn more about our concept at JimmysMN.com The Assistant General Manager position is responsible for overseeing all of the restaurant's operations and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficient while making sure our guests have a exceptional dining experience. The position will help assist the General Manager in building a positive working relationship amongst the staff. Salary range is $78,000 to $84,000 plus bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold Service Standards and Practices
• Day to Day management of the of the restaurant
• Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, guidelines, and training programs are executed and completed on a timely basis
• Ensure that all guests feel welcomed and are given responsive, engaging, friendly, and courteous service at all times.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a manager in a full service restaurant that serves both food and alcoholic beverages
• Must possess good leadership and strong people skills We offer a competitive salary, plus a bonus program, a health/dental insurance, paid vacation every 6 months, plus bonus days off as well that we can review with you.
