Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant/Store Manager for our Bar & Grill and for our Outdoor Bar during Events at our RV Park and Cabin Rental. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant/store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will drive team performance, optimize operational efficiency, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Duties Manage all aspects of restaurant/store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift management to ensure smooth daily performance Oversee food preparation and kitchen activities, maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability Utilize POS system for order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling with accuracy and integrity Supervise staff training to develop culinary skills, customer service excellence, and compliance with food safety regulations Ensure adherence to all health department regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety Oversee outdoor bar operation during events, schedule staff, order and stock beverages Qualifications Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory experience managing hospitality teams in casual dining or fine dining environments Familiarity with POS systems; cash handling expertise required Knowledge of inventory control and budgeting Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff effectively Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with a customer service-oriented mindset Experience supervising food safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health regulations Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for order accuracy, inventory calculations, and financial reporting Join us as a Restaurant Manager where your passion for hospitality meets your leadership talent!
