JOB SUMMARY

As a Restaurant Manager you will help provide leadership to your employees in all aspects of each shift worked in your restaurant. The position may supervise up to 20+ employees with direct responsibility for all operations during your shift.

SKILLS NEEDED

Overall knowledge of restaurant operations, excellent customer service, ability to lead and supervise staff, good communication skills, good people skills, cooking skills a plus.
