General Manager As a General Manager, you are the business leader of your restaurant. You'll coach and grow your management team, deliver an excellent guest experience, and run your location with ownership-minded leadership. Key Responsibilities

+ Lead daily operations and manage the floor during peak hours

+ Coach, mentor, and develop Department Managers & Shift Leaders

+ Build a strong staffing pipeline that meets restaurant needs

+ Improve profitability through sales growth, labor management, and waste reduction

+ Deliver high standards in QSC, PM routines, and food safety

+ Execute new product rollouts and operational initiatives

+ Communicate clearly between owner/operator leadership and your team

+ Drive community involvement and local store marketing (if desired) What Success Looks Like
