We are currently seeking a Dietary Manager.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the dietary department in compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations Ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily to residents Participate in the facility's budgeting process Manage departmental budget and food costs effectively Select, supervise, and motivate dietary staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration
Requirements:
Current ServSafe Manager Certification, or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment
