We are seeking a high-energy, accountable, and people-focused General Manager to lead one of our Jimmy John's locations in the St. Louis market. What You'll Do As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of your store including: Leadership & Team Development Recruit, hire, train, and retain team members Coach and develop Assistant Managers and crew Create a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture Lead by example and maintain strong morale Operations Oversee daily restaurant operations Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards Manage scheduling and labor efficiency Monitor inventory and control food costs Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations Business Performance Drive sales and profitability Manage labor and controllable expenses Review KPIs and store performance metrics Execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives Improve guest experience and repeat business What We're Looking For Restaurant management experience required Previous General Manager or multi-unit leadership experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable Financial and operational understanding of restaurant P&Ls Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends when needed Reliable transportation
