Duties Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure top-tier food service and customer satisfaction Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and food handling to maintain quality standards Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales tracking Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours and special events like catering or banquets Monitor food production processes to uphold consistency in taste and presentation across all menu items Implement staff training programs on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures to foster a high-performance team Requirements Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction handling Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety compliance within the food industry Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff through training & development initiatives Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management principles Ability to handle cash accurately and perform shift management duties effectively Previous experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles is highly desirable Knowledge of culinary techniques, catering operations, or hotel hospitality experience is a plus This role is perfect for passionate professionals eager to lead a vibrant team while delivering outstanding food service.
