What You'll Do:

As an Assistant Manager at Primos, you'll be a key member of our management team. You'll help lead and motivate hourly team members to ensure that every guest receives the exceptional Primos experience we're known for.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting the General Manager with daily operations of the restaurant Providing leadership and guidance to front and/or back-of-house staff Ensuring high-quality food, service, and cleanliness standards Training and developing team members to exceed guest expectations Driving sales and maintaining a positive, team-oriented atmosphere

What We're Looking For:
