Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards Handle cash transactions, POS system operations such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and cash handling procedures accurately Control inventory levels, monitor food production, and manage food handling processes to minimize waste and ensure freshness Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members to build a strong hospitality team Support shift management by coordinating customer service efforts, resolving guest concerns promptly, and maintaining high satisfaction levels Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with strong supervisory skills Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management practices Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly Excellent team management skills with experience in staff training, development, and leadership Strong understanding of inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food industry standards Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Effective communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, training sessions, and team leadership Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and food quality Join us as an Assistant Manager where your leadership will drive excellence in every aspect of our restaurant!
