The Workshop Tavern is looking for a dependable, proactive Assistant Manager to help lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and is comfortable jumping in wherever they're needed. You should be confident working with both guests and staff, able to stay calm and organized during busy shifts, and willing to lead by example.

Job Duties:

Manage the floor during shifts, ensuring a positive guest experience and leading the front-of-house team in providing great service Ensure established systems, procedures, and service standards are consistently maintained Jump in and assist the team wherever needed during service Run errands and handle other occasional tasks as needed Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment

Hours:

Approximately 20-30 hours per week . A mixture of daytime, nighttime, and weekend availability is required .

Starting Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour (compensation based on experience)

Additional Requirements:

-Must be able to lift 50 lbs -Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Also must be able to walk up/down stairs. -Reliable transportation required. -Previous restaurant leadership experience required. Bar knowledge preferred. About the
