Qualifications:
5+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale casual dining, with a strong background in front-of-house management. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a diverse team with high emotional intelligence. Proven track record of achieving financial targets, controlling costs, and improving profitability. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes. Outstanding guest service skills and communication abilities, consistently exceeding expectations. Proficiency in Aloha POS& Toast/NCR and GSuite/Workforce.
Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the restaurant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence. Collaborate with the Chef and culinary team. Play a central role in training both new and existing staff members. Oversee operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure that the restaurant meets and exceeds service, quality, and cleanliness standards, maximizing profitability while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction. Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare reports and budgets, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals. Drive marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts to promote the restaurant and attract new customers. Maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing concerns and feedback to enhance their experience. Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with local regulations and best practices. Strive for continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and operational enhancements. Uphold an environment of gratitude, personal growth, and exceptional hospitality by demonstrating exemplary emotional intelligence and decision-making skills to both guests and staff.
Compensation:
