We're looking for an energetic, service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead the staff of Five O'Clock Somewhere Bar and Grill and create memorable dining experiences for every guest. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy developing high-performing teams, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence. Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding hospitality. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on service, quality, and accountability. Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and departmental budgets. Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and brand standards. Partner with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership to drive guest satisfaction and achieve financial goals. Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating positive, lasting impressions. Monitor inventory, ordering, payroll, and operating expenses to maximize efficiency and profitability. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience. ServSafe or Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain). Knowledge of food and beverage operations, labor management, and cost controls. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
