Assistant Restaurant Manager for Bistro Roca & Hellbender Bed & Beverage Love hospitality, organized chaos, great food, and even better people? We're looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our team in the heart of downtown Blowing Rock.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in high-volume restaurant management Knowledge of Toast POS a plus Strong understanding of food, wine, cocktails & service standards Ability to lead shifts, coach staff & keep calm under pressure Scheduling, inventory & floor management experience preferred Hospitality-first attitude with strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily FOH operations Lead service & support the team during busy shifts Help manage scheduling, training & staff accountability Maintain service standards & guest experience Work closely with bar & kitchen leadership
