Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager to help lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing guest services, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Front of House Manager, you will be one of the faces of our establishment, fostering a welcoming environment while efficiently managing operational tasks to drive guest satisfaction and business success. Duties Lead and supervise operations, ensuring smooth opening and closing of the restaurant. Oversee daily hospitality operations, including ordering alcohol,guest relations. Manage hospitality teams by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to promote a motivated and professional staff. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and promptness to enhance guest satisfaction. Coordinate with boh management and ownership. Monitor revenue management strategies and assist in managing hospitality operations budgets to optimize financial performance. Utilize multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Maintain human resources documentation, support staff scheduling, and ensure compliance with restaurant policies. Skills Proven supervisory experience within hospitality management or hotel operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage hospitality teams confidently. Excellent customer service skills combined with managerial communication abilities. Experience in overseeing hospitality operations budgets, revenue management, and financial management practices. Ability to handle guest relations professionally while maintaining high standards of service. Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and team development in a hospitality setting.
