Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our diverse hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. As a Front of House Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, manage customer relations, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. Duties Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, and training new team members to ensure top-tier service delivery Working in position as Host(ess), Expo, or where-ever you are needed to ensure smooth operations and maintain quality standards You will be "the face" of the business, interacting with guests, developing local clientele ensuring every guest has an "over the top" experience. Monitor food preparation and presentation to uphold quality and safety standards in collaboration with kitchen staff Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system, including cash handling and reconciliation Control inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, including beverages, utensils, and cleaning materials Enforce food safety protocols and hygiene standards across the restaurant Enforce safe alcohol service ensuring all staff are compliant with laws and regulations. Conduct staff training on customer service excellence, food handling, and operational procedures Experience Candidates should bring proven experience in food service management or hospitality management roles with a focus on front-of-house operations. Prior experience in full service restaurants with alcoholic beverage service is especially valuable. Demonstrated skills in supervision, staff training, table service, bartending and using POS systems are essential. Candidates should possess strong communication abilities for managerial tasks such as interviewing, team leadership, and managing customer relations. A background in food safety management, and hospitality industry standards will set you apart. Previous assistant manager or supervisory roles are highly desirable for this position. $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
