Front of House Manager Overview:
Join our team as a Front of House Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences in our vibrant hospitality setting. We are looking for a skilled individual with a background in hospitality management, restaurant operations, and leadership to oversee the front-of-house operations seamlessly.Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries to maintain smooth restaurant flow.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and onboard new team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels of front-of-house supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the dining area and bar.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient kitchen-to-table service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front-of-house management role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service principles, and food preparation processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in managing reservations systems and handling customer feedback professionally.
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Certification or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$45,000.00- $60,000.
