Training will be a 2 month program, with hourly pay in the range of $20-$23/hr until training is complete. This is not a 9:00-5:00 job, and requires 45/50+ hours a week when necessary. You are responsible for the operation and health of a business. Manager pay structure, growth, and responsibilites will be outlined in detail in the interview process.

Manager Responsibilities:

Lead by example to provide exceptional guest service and product quality Lead with all daily store operations Train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders Manage shift operations including opening and closing procedures Ensure store cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards are consistently met Help manage inventory, ordering, and labor to maintain profitability Support in scheduling and staff management Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care Create a positive, team-focused work environment

What We're Looking For:

Prior leadership experience in food service, quick-service restaurants, or hospitality Strong communication and leadership skills A hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach Positive attitude and commitment to excellence Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays ServSafe Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
