Job Description
As Food Service Manager at Western Carolina University with Aramark, you will lead daily dining operations across campus locations, ensuring safe, high-quality food and exceptional service. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling staff, managing inventory and product ordering, monitoring food safety and sanitation, and meeting financial targets through cost control and waste reduction. You'll partner with campus stakeholders to support special events, promote a welcoming, inclusive dining environment, and model Aramark's commitment to teamwork, safety, and community-focused service while developing and coaching your team.
