What You'll Do As General Manager, you'll take ownership of the restaurant's people, performance, and guest experience.

You will:

Lead and inspire your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience every day Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and Crew Members Build a positive, energetic culture where people enjoy coming to work Develop strong team members into future leaders and managers Set expectations and hold your team accountable for great results Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure the restaurant is positioned for success Drive sales while effectively managing food, labor, inventory, and operating costs Maintain high standards for speed, accuracy, cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality Ensure the restaurant consistently meets Dunkin' brand and operational standards Take ownership of restaurant performance and identify opportunities to continuously improve Who We're Looking For We're looking for a leader who brings energy, accountability, and a positive attitude to work every day.

Our ideal candidate has:
