Position Summary:
The Crew Leader is responsible for leading a team of employees to efficiently complete, record and report daily and weekly night tasks and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Train and motivate team members to reach daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Conduct daily meetings to provide clear instruction on night tasks. Ensure safety policies and operations processes are being followed at all times. Responsible for setting up all work areas. Maintain consistent communication with Managers and Directors. Responsible for completing nightly reports. Responsible for successfully completing all required training. Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications 1+ year(s) experience in a leadership role 1+ year(s) experience in Manufacturing/Warehouse environment Strong leadership skills and ability to give/receive constructive feedback. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills Ability to work and communicate across multiple departments. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, and seek solutions to problems. Detailed-oriented with the ability to multitask. Must be able to work in various types of weather conditions. This position is primarily outdoors but may be required to work between locations and within an indoor office environment for administrative duties, which may require the use of computers and standard office equipment. Fluency to read, write, and understand the English language is required. Must be able to work in all outdoor elements, including dust and allergens. There are occasional needs to work in confined spaces. Position requires long-term ability for standing, sitting, squatting, bending, reaching, and twisting on a regular basis to fulfill essential duties. Candidate must have the ability to operate all machinery necessary within the department and across the facility, including but not limited to operating the table lifter and get certified and operate on internal vehicles. Employee must have the ability to lift 35 pounds unaided, and regularly lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
