In this vital role, you will ensure that food preparation, safety standards, and customer service excellence are consistently met. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize kitchen workflows, and uphold the highest quality standards in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, possesses strong management skills, and thrives on creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties Supervise all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production, preparation, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability. Oversee food safety and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations, conducting regular inspections and training staff accordingly. Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance skills, customer service, and team collaboration. Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours while maintaining a positive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations, interview potential team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and hospitality excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and cooking. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training, and leadership capabilities. Experience in inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food cost management. Excellent communication skills with managerial experience in restaurant or hospitality management settings. Serve safe certified preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
