If You are already a GM, we would be happy to talk to you. Those who would be entry level, we train you in this highly competitive business. We train individual to be restaurant professionals. . The Individual will be trained in the basics of How to manage shifts, manage employees properly, basics in restaurant accounting, Critical Food Safety Procedures, Guest Services, and all Burger King's Standards and procedures that are required to become a fully qualified Burger King Manager. From no experience to those who have some food experience, to those who have full experience, we have a home for you. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of food service management. Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive team environment. Manage inventory control and ensure efficient kitchen management. Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members. Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service. Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment.
