This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences, developing team members, and maintaining the highest standards of service. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for Italian food, wine, and hospitality who enjoys being on the floor, coaching staff, and ensuring every guest leaves wanting to return. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all front-of-house operations during service. Recruit, train, coach, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, food runners, and support staff. Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture. Ensure exceptional guest service by actively engaging with guests and resolving concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout the restaurant. Coordinate service with the kitchen to ensure efficient food and beverage execution. Oversee reservations, seating, waitlists, and dining room flow. Monitor labor costs and staffing levels while maintaining excellent service standards. Assist with scheduling and daily staffing needs. Maintain inventory and ordering for front-of-house supplies, wine, beer, liquor, and non-alcoholic beverages. Ensure compliance with all health department regulations, alcohol service laws, and company policies. Support special events, wine dinners, and promotional activities. Lead by example and be visible on the restaurant floor throughout service. Qualifications Minimum of 2
•years of restaurant management experience
•in a full-service restaurant. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of wine and classic cocktails; Italian wine knowledge is strongly preferred. Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences. Experience with restaurant POS systems and daily reporting. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work evenings and weekends. Must be at least 21 years of age.
