• Hibernian Co. runs a group of pubs, beer gardens, bars, and restaurants across Charlotte and Raleigh. We're growing, and we're hiring two General Managers who want to run a high-volume store like it's their own and grow with the company.
• The role
• As a General Manager, you own the whole operation: the team, the guest experience, and the numbers. You'll report to [Director of Operations / Owner] and work closely with our other GMs across the group. We'll match you with the location that fits your experience best.
• What you'll do
• Lead day-to-day operations of the front and back of house
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop managers and hourly staff
• Hit sales, labor, and cost of goods targets, and review weekly reports in Toast
• Build schedules that match forecasted sales and keep labor on target
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Keep the store up to health, safety, and ABC standards
• Handle guest issues and build a strong regular and local following
• Plan and run events, promotions, and private parties
• What we're looking for
• 2+ years as a General Manager, or 3+ years as an Assistant or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume bar or restaurant
• Proven track record with P&L, labor, and food and beverage cost control
• Experience with Toast or a similar POS and scheduling system
• A strong leader who hires well, coaches directly, and keeps good people
• ServSafe Manager certification (or able to get it within 30 days)
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 21 or older
