Job Summary Do you enjoy turning numbers into smarter food-service decisions? We're looking for a detail -oriented Food Service Production Manager to oversee production planning, inventory control, forecasting, and operational analysis.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Analyzing sales, meal counts, and production trends Forecasting production needs based on customer demands Managing Inventory levels, production usage, and ordering Reviewing food costs, waste and operational performance Maintaining accurate production and inventory records Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste Partnering with culinary and operations teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, comfortable working with data, and experienced in food service operations.
