Duties Lead and manage all aspects of the operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff supervision Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to ensure high levels of employee engagement and productivity Oversee payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management Manage purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, merchandising, and inventory management to maximize profitability Supervise shift schedules, monitor store cleanliness, safety protocols, and ensure compliance with company policies Foster a welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service and resolving escalated issues promptly Skills Strong leadership with proven experience in management and supervising teams Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Skilled in negotiation, recruiting, interviewing, training & development, and employee orientation Proficient in POS systems, inventory management software, bookkeeping tools, and basic math for daily operations Demonstrated ability in operational management including budgeting, merchandising, pricing, and stock control Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively across various responsibilities such as marketing, sales management, and shift management Adept at managing payroll processes, cash handling procedures, and administrative tasks with accuracy Strong managerial communication skills to motivate staff and coordinate cross-functional teams Knowledge of Restuarant/Bar industry sales techniques including customer service excellence and sales strategies Join us as a General Manager to lead a motivated team in delivering outstanding retail experiences while driving business success.
