Job description: St. Anne's Guest Home is a quaint 47 bed Basic Care residence located in a quiet neighborhood in Grand Forks, ND. We have a unique opportunity in our Dietary Department for a Head Chef & Kitchen Manager to join our small but dedicated staff here at St. Anne's Guest Home. This is great fulltime position for an experienced Head Chef & Kitchen Manager seeking a rewarding position in a stress free environment. Qualifications 2yr or 4yr Culinary Degree preferred. 10+ years recent culinary experience. ServSafe certified. Valid driver's license. Clean Background Check. Schedule 40 plus hours per week Flexible scheduling 6•12 hour shifts
Kitchen Hours:
6:00am•7:00pmDays:
Monday•Sunday Responsibilities Prepare approximately 50 meals for breakfast, lunch, and supper for our residents and staff. Assists the Director of Dietary with the overall needs of the Dietary Department. Second in command to the Director of Dietary. Prepare tasty and nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and supper for our residents and staff. Prepare nutritious and tasty food, drinks, and snacks for the Activities Department for in between meal times and on special occasions. Monitor food supply inventory. Manage and Supervise the kitchen staff. Adhere to all infection control polices. Adhere to city and state Dietary rules and regulations.Job Type:
