As a Food Service Manager, you'll lead our kitchen operations, develop your team, and ensure every customer receives a great experience. Prepare, cook, and merchandise fresh food products while maintaining quality and consistency. Manage food inventory, ordering, receiving, and waste control. Train, coach, and develop food service team members. Ensure compliance with Petro Serve USA food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Monitor product freshness, merchandising, and expiration dates. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations. Work closely with store leadership to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience required. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
