Cheba Hut - Remaklus in Lincoln, NE is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant General Manager to help lead our team to success! Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house team members Oversee scheduling, labor management, and shift coverage to maintain optimal staffing levels Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness to uphold brand standards Drive sales performance and assist in meeting revenue and cost control goals Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency Assist with inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships Step in as acting General Manager in the GM's absence

Requirements:

2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience required Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Experience with food cost control, labor management, and scheduling Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Positive, high-energy attitude with a passion for hospitality
