Restaurant District Manager

- Training, developing and mentoring staff
- Increasing and/or maintaining restaurant management bench strength

- based on relevant work experience What we expect from you Minimum Qualifications (include, but not limited to):
- Minimum five (5) years of restaurant operations, multi-unit QSR/Fast Casual management experience preferred
- Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week
- Valid DL in good standing
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of profit and loss statements
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented, and customer-focused .
