National Brand Fast Food (NBFF) training, the Exchange Restaurant Operations Management Academy (ROMA), Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT),or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs.

Retail/services:

Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT) or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs.

Must complete ServSafe (5460) within 30 days of assuming position (retail/food only).Fuel management compliance completion with 3 months of assuming position (at facilities with gas). Or Must successfully complete one of the following: National Brand Fast Food (NBFF), Exchange Restaurant Operations Management Academy (ROMA), Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT) or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs. Must complete ServSafe (5640) within 30 days of assuming position. Fuel management compliance completion within 3 months of assuming position (at facilities with gas).
