General Manager — Anna's Taqueria Lead the Team. Run the Restaurant. Grow the Business. Anna's Taqueria is looking for an experienced, energetic, and entrepreneurial General Manager to lead restaurant operations, build a great team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive business performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, solves problems, and is always looking for ways to make the restaurant better. What You'll Do Lead the Restaurant Own the restaurant's day-to-day operations and overall performance. Deliver excellent food, service, hospitality, and customer experiences. Build relationships with customers and represent Anna's positively in the community. Resolve customer and operational issues quickly and professionally. Build & Lead the Team Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees and shift leaders. Set clear expectations and maintain high standards for service, quality, cleanliness, and teamwork. Manage scheduling, staffing, performance, attendance, and employee development. Lead by example and create a positive, accountable workplace. Working knowledge of Spanish required. Maintain Quality & Standards Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, portioning, and service. Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and maintenance standards. Manage inventory, ordering, deliveries, waste, and food costs. Identify ways to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability. Manage the Business Take responsibility for sales, labor, food, and operating costs. Monitor financial and operational performance and act on opportunities for improvement. Create effective schedules and maintain accurate operational records. Communicate performance, challenges, and opportunities to ownership and senior management. Grow the Business Find opportunities to increase sales and improve profitability. Improve the customer experience and restaurant operations. Develop employees and future leaders. Stay aware of customers, competitors, and local market trends. Support local marketing and community initiatives. Bring ideas forward and take action. What Makes a Great Anna's General Manager?
