About the

Role:

We are seeking a reliable, sharp Assistant Manager to oversee front-of-house (FOH) and nightly operations 2-3 nights per week. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional looking for a focused, part-time leadership position to ensure smooth service, high standards, and excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Nightly Operations:

Manage nightly floor operations, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling.

FOH Leadership:

Oversee and support front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality.

Problem Solving:

Efficiently handle guest feedback and any operational issues that arise during the shift.

Team Support:

Direct, motivate, and assist the team during high-volume service periods.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a restaurant leadership or supervisor role. Strong communication and hands-on hospitality skills. Availability to work evenings and weekends (2-3 nights/week). Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure.

Pay:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
