Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager with all day-to-day restaurant operations Lead and develop front-of-house staff while maintaining high service standards Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management Ensure exceptional guest experiences and effectively resolve guest concerns Monitor sales, labor, and operating costs to support financial goals Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Help oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure operational consistency Work closely with the culinary and management teams to maintain smooth service Assist with inventory, ordering, and controlling food and beverage costs Help build a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture

Qualifications:
