Assistant Manager We're looking for an energetic, dependable Assistant Manager to join our team at a local, family-friendly restaurant. We're a busy, welcoming spot with a raw bar and full bar, so we're looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and loves making guests feel at home. In this role, you'll help keep the restaurant running smoothly, support the team, and make sure every guest has a great experience. You'll work closely with the General Manager and staff across the dining room, kitchen, raw bar, and full bar. What You'll Do Help oversee daily restaurant operations and keep service running smoothly Support the team during busy shifts and jump in wherever needed Train, coach, and motivate team members Make sure food, drinks, and service meet our standards Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines Help with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and staff development Assist with inventory, ordering, and controlling food and labor costs Review sales and performance numbers to help identify opportunities for growth Create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment Help resolve guest concerns in a friendly and professional way What We're Looking For Experience working in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment Previous supervisory or leadership experience A hands-on leader who is comfortable working alongside the team Knowledge of food preparation, restaurant operations, and food safety Experience with inventory and cost control Strong communication and people skills Someone who is organized, dependable, and able to stay calm during busy shifts A genuine interest in great food, drinks, and hospitality Experience with a raw bar or full-service bar is a plus If you're friendly, hardworking, and enjoy being part of a close-knit restaurant team, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
