Daddy's Chicken Shack is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager who wants to build a career with us. You don't need years of management experience. You might be a shift leader, kitchen lead, supervisor, or newer manager who's ready for more responsibility. What matters most is your work ethic, attitude, leadership potential, and willingness to learn. Get In Early. Grow With Us. This isn't just about filling an Assistant Manager position. Daddy's is currently looking for real estate to develop 2-3 additional locations over the next year , and we want to build our future leadership team now. Our goal is to develop talented people into the General Managers and multi-unit leaders of tomorrow. What You'll Do You'll work alongside our restaurant leadership team to: Lead great shifts and motivate the team Deliver outstanding food quality and hospitality Coach and develop team members Learn labor, scheduling, inventory, food cost, and ordering Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards Handle guest concerns and solve problems Jump in and lead from the floor when we're busy This is a hands-on leadership role . Our managers lead from the front. Who We're Looking For We want someone who is positive, reliable, coachable, accountable, organized, and hungry to grow. Restaurant experience is preferred, but we're willing to develop the right person with strong leadership potential. Compensation & Growth $52,000
