- Food and Nutrition Services to lead daily operations for our food team at HMH JFK University Medical Center l ocated in Edison, New Jersey .
JFK University Medical Center is a 499 bed non-profit, acute care hospital. It is a member of the Hackensack Meridian Health system and operates as a teaching hospital for complex neurological and rehabilitation care What You'll Do Have oversight of day-to-day operations Deliver high quality food service Achieve company and client financial targets and goals Develop and maintain client and customer relationships Develop strategic plans Create a positive environment Ensure Sodexo Standards are met What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. What You Bring Strong Operations, Finance, Patient, Retail, and Client Relations are essential for success in this role. New Unit Opening Experience, ideal. A true commitment to Nursing Relationships and the Patient Experience is needed. Staff development, engagement, and understanding of regulatory compliance in NJ a plus. A work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively. General Manager Food & Nutrition leadership experience in a healthcare environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service.
