We are seeking a confident, hands-on Shift Leader to help take ownership of daily operations at our growing family-owned restaurant. This is not a position for someone who simply watches the shift—we are looking for a true leader who takes initiative, sets expectations, delegates responsibilities, and holds team members accountable. The ideal candidate is comfortable giving clear direction, correcting problems immediately, addressing poor performance, and making sure every employee stays productive and follows company standards. You should be willing to work alongside the team while also maintaining authority and ensuring that all opening, closing, cleaning, food-quality, customer-service, and operational responsibilities are completed correctly. We want someone who treats the location like it is their own—someone who notices problems before they become bigger issues, takes pride in keeping the restaurant organized, and is not afraid to have difficult conversations when necessary. You will work closely with the owners and management team to strengthen the staff, improve consistency, and create a more disciplined and successful operation.
