Retail Food Manager 2 Apply Now Search all jobs Job Description Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Foodservice Manager 2 to lead retail operations at Hackensack Meridian Health's Old Bridge Medical Center (113 beds) and Raritan Bay Medical Center (365 beds) in Old Bridge and Perth Amboy, NJ. The Retail Manager 2 oversees front- and back-of-house retail operations across two locations, leading frontline staff while managing menus, promotions, cash handling, and retail sales. Associate's degree preferred. About the job This role puts you at the center of retail operations, where your ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive customer satisfaction will be key to success. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping both team performance and customer experience. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
